Amazon 126 Lab is one of the newly formed arms of Amazon to design and build popular medical devices, such as thermometer, blood-sugar analysis tools. The headquarter is based in Sunnyvale, in the best area of TECH ave, next to FaceBook and Google. This is one of my high profile projects so far. While the work is 100% remote, I was able to attend the meeting in person in their high-tech offices in Sunnyvale and the main “ SPHERES” building at Amazon’s main headquarter in Seattle.
The Challenge: The existing training materials are in stack of very difficult to understand and boring S.O.P. books. To explain the various players’ roles ( managers) who participate in preparing and testing the new product for FDA approvals, the manager wants to use e-learning with ample uses of graphics to simplify and make ‘learning’ more engaging and fun.
The flat, text heavy PDF pages were carefully crafted and artistically re-design into 3D isometric designs with lots of easy and fun to learn diagrams Picture is worth a thousand words: These are some of the samples of the aesthetically designed diagram that are highly interactively with several layers of engaging activities embedded into its complex structures.
