Point of Sales Training

In order to quickly and effectively train over 1700 cashiers in 440 stores nationwide to properly use the new Point of Sales system ( POS) within 30 days, we captured the POS' screens and simulated all of the objects interactions (exact sequences of buttons pressed.)

After watching the videos, the learners would have the opportunity to test their knowledge immediately via the quiz simulations ( eg. required buttons to be pressed in proper sequence) using Captivate 's advance action features. The prompt test process promotes fresh recall and enhances learners' long-term memory.
