Hazardous Material Disposal Training

To quickly train all 144 stores in 2 states to comply to new EPA hazardous waste regulations, 20 hr of traditional in-class training have been converted into interesting, engaging and interactive e-learning module.

Spills & Clean up Modules

All sections of the "Spill & Clean Up" training modules have been updated from static PowerPoint decks into interactive e-learning. Exra effort has been invested in the assessment part to maintain the high leve of engagement as well. Instead of standard multiple choices, we heavily modified the questions into series of sequential & highly interactive steps.

Flyer-like hand-outs training for safety procedures were not effective and the 99c stores still suffer from over $80,000 in worker comp claim last year. Using advance animations, we were able to clearly demonstrate several actitivities that was impossible to sufficiently explain on a sheet of job aid.
