Safety Training
As a required training specified by OSHA, Herbalife must quickly train 8000 employees in 5 major cities in N. America. In class training will take over 5 months to execute. With e-learning option, most of the staffs were able to take the training within 2 weeks after the course was made available on the company Cornerstone LMS.
